Choose the frames of a product

   Open the product

   In WordPress, edit the product. Under Product data, open the seeonwall.com tab and find Frames the shopper can pick under Frame.

   Tick the frames

   Tick each frame that shoppers can pick for this product. Tick No frame to also offer the print without a frame.

   With one frame ticked, the preview always shows that frame and has no frame controls. With nothing ticked, the frame setting of your shop in the seeonwall.com dashboard applies.

   Say whether the size includes the frame

   If the size of the product is the outer size of the framed print, tick The size includes the frame. The preview then draws the print smaller by two frame widths, so the framed print has the size of the product in every frame.

   The box shows only while at least one frame is ticked. A product with a mat ignores it.

   Save

   Click Update.

   Set many products at once

   In WordPress, open WooCommerce → seeonwall.com, then the Products tab, and click Bulk actions. Select the products, choose Set frame options under Action, tick the frames, and click Review changes, then Apply changes. With nothing ticked, the products follow the frame setting of your shop.

Examples

• Your product photos already show the frame, and the size of the product includes it.Tick only No frame. The preview shows your photo at the size of the product and adds no second frame.
• Shoppers pick one of your frames, and the size of the product includes the frame.Tick those frames and The size includes the frame. If your product photos show a frame, mark the artwork inside the frame on the poster image, so the frame is not shown twice.
