Open your frames
In WordPress, open WooCommerce → seeonwall.com, then the Button tab. Under Framing, click Manage frames. The seeonwall.com dashboard opens at Frames.
Add your frames
Click Add a frame. Enter the Name, the Width (cm) and the Colour of each frame. On the frame that previews must open with, select Open previews with this frame. Then click Save frames.
Choose the frames that shoppers can pick
On the same page, under Frames the shopper can pick, choose Any frame, with a custom width and colour, Only the frames above, Only the frames above, or no frame, or No frame — the preview hides the frame controls. The choice is saved at once.
The choice applies to every product that has no list of its own.
Name the attribute values after your frames
In WooCommerce, give the product an attribute whose values have the same names as your frames, for example Frame: Oak. The preview then opens with that frame. On a variable product, the preview follows the variation that the shopper selected.
The plugin compares the attribute values with your frame names and ignores upper and lower case. The name of the attribute itself does not matter.
Check a product
On the Products tab, the Frame column shows the frame of each product. Click it to see how the frame was found. In the product editor, the seeonwall.com tab shows the same under Frame.
When the frame is not right
- A product says that no frame matched.Rename the attribute value so that it is the same as a frame name, or add a frame with that name in the dashboard.
- You do not list frames, but your price includes a frame. On the Button tab, under Framing, set Default frame width (cm) and Default frame color, then click Save changes. Shoppers can still add or remove a frame.
- Some products are sold only in some of your frames, or their photos already show the frame.Choose the frames of a product →
