Frequently asked questions
Will the snippet slow down my site?
No. The script is about 14 kB, loads asynchronously, and injects the button only after your page has rendered. The visualizer itself runs in an iframe that loads only when a shopper opens it — your page speed and Core Web Vitals are unaffected.
Is seeonwall.com GDPR compliant?
seeonwall.com is designed privacy-first: no shopper accounts, no tracking cookies, and no personal identifiers. Wall photos and session data are processed and stored entirely in the EU and never leave it. Account and billing data may reach US-based vendors under Standard Contractual Clauses — see our sub-processors page.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the admin panel — your current plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Does it work with my shop platform?
It works on any website where you can add a script tag, including custom storefronts and single-page applications. The snippet automatically detects dynamically added product elements and follows your page language (English, German, Polish, Spanish, French, Italian).
How does it work if I'm on Shopify?
Install seeonwall.com straight from the Shopify App Store. Your account is provisioned automatically — there is no separate seeonwall.com signup — and your subscription is billed through your Shopify account, appearing on your regular Shopify invoice. You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your plan anytime from Shopify.
What happens to my customers' wall photos?
Wall photos are used only to render the preview. They're stored temporarily, deleted automatically after at most 7 days, and never used for anything else. Shoppers don't create accounts, so no photo is ever tied to a personal profile.
Will it match my store's look and language?
The button and the visualizer follow your page’s language automatically (English, German, Polish, Spanish, French, Italian), so the experience feels native to your store. From the Basic plan up, the seeonwall.com branding — including “Powered by seeonwall” — is removed entirely (white-label), for a fully native look.
