Question 1

What is seeonwall.com?

Accepted Answer

seeonwall.com lets online poster and art shops show shoppers how a poster will look on their own wall, at true physical scale, before they buy. Merchants add it with a single script tag; a "See on wall" button appears on product pages.

Question 2

Do shoppers need to install an app or create an account?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything runs in the browser. On desktop, shoppers scan a QR code to photograph their wall with their phone; on mobile it opens directly. They can also upload a photo or pick a room-scene template for an instant preview.

Question 3

How much does seeonwall.com cost?

Accepted Answer

Pick the plan that fits how many poster views you need each month: Free ($0 forever) with 500, Basic at $15/month with 5,000, Premium at $45/month with 25,000, and Ultra at $100/month with no monthly cap. All plans include unlimited products, and you can change or cancel any time.

Question 4

Will the snippet slow down my site?

Accepted Answer

No. The script is about 14 kB, loads asynchronously, and injects the button only after the page has rendered. The visualizer runs in an iframe that loads only when a shopper opens it, so page speed and Core Web Vitals are unaffected.

Question 5

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Merchants can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the admin panel; the current plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Question 6

What happens if my shop hits a plan limit?

Accepted Answer

Hitting an hourly limit never breaks your store: the "See on wall" button stays visible and shoppers see a friendly message asking them to retry shortly. Hourly limits reset every hour, on the hour (UTC). When the monthly poster-view total is used up (every plan except Ultra), the button is hidden until the month resets or the shop upgrades.

Question 7

Is seeonwall.com GDPR compliant?

Accepted Answer

seeonwall.com is designed privacy-first: no shopper accounts, no tracking cookies in the preview, and no personal identifiers. Wall photos and session data are processed and stored entirely in the EU and never leave it. Account and billing data may reach US-based vendors under Standard Contractual Clauses — see the sub-processors page.

Question 8

What happens to shoppers' wall photos?

Accepted Answer

Wall photos are used only to render the preview. They are stored temporarily, deleted automatically after at most 7 days, and never used for anything else. Shoppers don't create accounts, so no photo is ever tied to a personal profile.

Question 9

Which platforms does seeonwall.com work with?

Accepted Answer

Any website where you can add a script tag, including custom storefronts and single-page applications. The snippet automatically detects dynamically added product elements and follows the page language (English, German, Polish, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Czech, Slovak).

Question 10

How accurate is the true-scale preview?

Accepted Answer

The preview is calibrated against the shopper's own wall: the wall is detected in their photo and the poster is rendered with perspective correction at its real physical dimensions. Shoppers can fine-tune placement and switch sizes to compare them on the spot.

Question 11

How is seeonwall.com different from AR try-on?

Accepted Answer

AR places a 3D model in a live camera feed and sizes it from the device's motion tracking, so the poster's apparent size shifts as the shopper moves, and it can be dragged off the wall. seeonwall.com works from a photo of the actual wall: the wall is detected and measured once, then the poster is rendered at its true physical dimensions with perspective correction. The size holds still, the preview can be shared or downloaded, and it works on every device and browser — including in-app browsers like Instagram's, where AR viewers don't open at all.

Question 12

Will it match my store's look and language?

Accepted Answer

The button and the visualizer follow the page language automatically (English, German, Polish, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Czech, Slovak), so the experience feels native to the store. From the Basic plan up, the seeonwall.com branding, including "Powered by seeonwall", is removed entirely (white-label) for a fully native look.
