Choose the frames of a product

   Open the product

   In the app, open Products and click the product.

   Select the frames

   Under Frame options, select each frame that shoppers can pick for this product. Select No frame to also offer the print without a frame.

   With one box selected, the preview always shows that frame and has no frame controls. With no box selected, the setting on the Frames tab applies.

   Say whether the size includes the frame

   If the poster size of the product is the outer size of the framed poster, select The size includes the frame. The preview then draws the artwork smaller by two frame widths, so the framed poster has the size of the product in every frame.

   The box shows only while at least one frame is selected. A product with a poster mat ignores it.

   Save

   Click Save.

   Set many products at once

   On the Products page, select the products and click Set frame options. Select the frames, then click Apply. Products with no box selected follow the setting on the Frames tab.

Examples

• Your product photos already show the frame, and the size of the product includes it.Select only No frame. The preview shows your photo at the size of the product and adds no second frame.
• Shoppers pick one of your frames, and the size of the product includes the frame.Select those frames and The size includes the frame. If your product photos show a frame, mark the artwork inside the frame as the artwork area of the poster image, so the frame is not shown twice.
